The original carriage house has been renovated and is currently used as an office by the curator, the location for the frequent Victorian Teas, and a place for the small gift shop known as Elizabeth’s Treasures.
The Carriage House, with a complete kitchen, and the lawns are available for rental for private events such as weddings, bridge groups, club meetings, family reunions, small workshops, or art showings. There is a three hour minimum rental time.

Many items were donated by the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America (NSCDA )in Colorado and The Friends of McAllister House.
