Carriage House

The original carriage house has been renovated and is currently used as an office by the curator, the location for the frequent Victorian Teas, and a place for the small gift shop known as Elizabeth’s Treasures.

Rentals

The Carriage House, with a complete kitchen, and the lawns are available for rental for private events such as weddings, bridge groups, club meetings, family reunions, small workshops, or art showings.  There is a three hour minimum rental time.

Elizabeth's Treasures Gift Shop

The Carriage House is home to a small gift shop that offers books about Colorado Springs, postcards, jewelry, and collectibles. Many items were donated by the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America (NSCDA )in Colorado and The Friends of McAllister House.  There is always something available for the local or out-of-town visitor.
